			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Job Description:<br />
Conduct system evaluation efforts for the ICP and IUSS Systems.  Evaluation efforts will be performed through detailed acoustic analysis of at-sea testing and deployment data.  Provide feedback to sponsors and Fleet users of at-sea testing and real world deployment data.</p>
<p>Duties:<br />
Conduct in-depth LOFAR analysis of exercise data sets originating from a broad breadth of acoustic sensors in support of Navy sponsored programs.  Conduct detailed acoustic analyses and event reconstruction of tactical sensor employment exercises and tests.</p>
<p>Work with Maritime Surveillance Systems, developing analytic capabilities associated with SURTASS vessels. </p>
<p>Maintain strong skills in the employment and operations of Integrated Undersea Surveillance Systems and Surface Combatant Sonar systems to provide direct support during at sea exercises.</p>
<p>Assist in planning data collection opportunities.  Assist in the preparation of detailed briefings of results to program managers, sponsors and operational users.</p>
<p>Support field installations of analysis equipment in laboratories and/or on board Fleet assets.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>Required:<br />
Possess extensive background in LOFAR and Pulse Analysis, Data Collection, operations, event reconstruction and training associated with the detailed operational employment of Maritime Surveillance SONAR systems and/or Surface Warfare SONAR systems.  Possess a detailed knowledge in Sonar signal processing and system employment.   Possess strong communication, writing and presentation skills.</p>
<p>Desired:<br />
Previous experience with SURTASS/IUSS/MSS systems.  Possess NEC 0416 (ACINT Specialist) qualification and be Surface Warfare designated.  Candidate should be willing and physically able to support at Sea Test and Evaluation. </p>
<p>Special Work Conditions:<br />
Travel to include meetings (typically less than 3 days per month).  System field testing to system integrator site, and/or at-sea testing.</p>
<p>Security:<br />
Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.  Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.</p>

Candidate must be willing to commute to Suitland, MD on a regular basis.</p>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<p>Minimum 5 (vice 7-10) years military or Interagency Intelligence experience.</p>
<p>Min. 2-3 years experience in R&amp;D/on R&amp;D programs</p>
<p>Excellent writing skills</p>
<p>Desired skills mix: SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT</p>
<p>Intelligence research databases</p>
<p>Microsoft Word/Microsoft PowerPoint</p>
<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent and five to seven years of related experience.<br />
Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Targeting Analyst: The all-source Maritime Targeting analysts utilize all-sources of intelligence data, law enforcement information, public records, and open source information to conduct link analyses of networks of people, companies, and ships that may be engaged in illicit activity or pose a threat to the U.S. The maritime targeting analyst positions are divided into 3 sub-specialties: counter drug targeting, counter migrant targeting, and counter terrorism targeting. Deliverables: Social network analyses: All analysts in these positions will be required to produce at a minimum of 2 social network analyses up to the (TS/SCI level) per quarter. Intelligence Information Reports: All analysts in these positions are expected to produce a minimum of 12 IIR, SDR, or FIR evaluations per year.</p>
<p>Qualifications needed to perform well in this position:<br />
• Experience using all-source Intelligence Community databases and research tools such as M3, Intellipedia, and CIA Wire.<br />
• Microsoft Office expertise<br />
• Superior writing skills<br />
• Bachelors Degree<br />
• Minimum 5 years IC experience<br />
• Experience in creating Law Enforcement Targeting Packages<br />
• Experience with industry standard social networking programs and law enforcement databases<br />
• TS/SCI clearance </p>
