<p>- Conduct research and maintain databases, gather information, prepare incident reports, print, collate, file, and perform other center- related administrative tasks.</p>

Description: The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) at the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) conducts in-depth analysis of worldwide maritime developments to assess overall patterns in the movement of vessels, movement of high-interest cargoes and other items in the maritime domain that may pose a threat to the security of the United States. Parsons brings world class architecture development and program management to bear in support of National Security.<br />
The incumbent will provide direct planning, facilitation, administrative, plans and policy, and management support to ONI’s Maritime Information Systems and Knowledge Management programs. Tasking will include assisting in the development an internal requirements management program, a metrics program, governance plan and policy relating to functional requirements management as well as coordination of ONI’s participation in collaborative Navy, DoD, and Intelligence Community efforts. Additionally, the team will assist with required meeting scheduling, track and ensure completion of action items originating from plans and policies as well as external meetings and Video Teleconferences (VTCs). This position will interact with senior government officials, and is expected to exercise discretion in the execution of all of their responsibilities.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p>• Significant experience as an Operations Officer or Administrative Officer is desired.<br />
• Minimum of 10 &#8211; 15 years of prior military and/or interagency experience in Intelligence.<br />
• Ability to think and write succinctly and with clarity of purpose.<br />
• Expert with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to translate ideas and concepts to visual media for senior audiences.</p>

<p>This is a full time, FLSA exempt position at the National Maritime Intelligence Center, Suitland, MD. The analyst will work as part of a contractor team supporting the customer&#8217;s counter-piracy efforts, where a high level of interaction is maintained and expected. This position is contingent upon award of the contract by the U.S. Government by approximately 01 September 2011. Some CONUS and OCONUS travel is expected.</p>

<p>The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) conducts in-depth analysis of worldwide maritime developments to assess overall patterns in the movement of vessels, movement of high-interest cargoes and other items in the maritime domain that may pose a threat to the security of the United States. Parsons supports this effort with specialized analyses of commercial maritime operations focused on issues of National Security interest and in-depth studies and reports.</p>
<p>The incumbent will provide senior analytical support, conducting maritime piracy and smuggling intelligence analysis and reporting. This will include researching, collating, reviewing, evaluating, and integrating data from multiple sources across all intelligence disciplines to assess the relevance and significance of ashore maritime piracy network analysis and afloat operational developments. Incumbent will identify intelligence gaps and develop collection requirements, analytical tools, and methodologies to fill these gaps. Participation in interagency and international meetings and conferences may be required.</p>

This position will primarily support the Capabilities Based Planning Division Director and the Interagency Solutions Analysis (IASA) project. Responsibilities require an understanding of DoD decision processes including the Joint Staff&#8217;s JCIDS requirements process. The prospective candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and able to handle elevated demand and pace. Candidates must possess exceptional poise and demeanor, be capable of facilitating large group discussions, and be comfortable briefing senior leadership while representing the U.S. Government at a national level. A working knowledge of the national MDA program and related activities a plus.</p>

The trainer will work to identify requirements and develop training solutions for the Global Maritime Watch.  A high level of interaction with all levels of military and civilian government officials is maintained and expected. The position will be available approximately 15 June 2010. Limited CONUS and OCONUS travel is expected.</p>
<p>ONI&#8217;s Global Maritime Watch, located at the National Maritime Intelligence Center (NMIC) facility provides 24&#215;7 support to forward Navy forces and intelligence organizations around the world.  MAI supports this effort with specialized training support focused on issues of National Security interest.  Under limited supervision, the incumbent will report to the task lead, and will plan, outline, draft, and execute a variety of specialized training in support of watch operations. This will include the creation and update of watch-specific analysis and other skills, briefing, classification management, and other topics as required. </p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>*  A current TS clearance with SCI access is required.<br />
*  A minimum of a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in education or a related discipline is desired. 8 to 10 years of intelligence training experience can be substituted for the academic degree.<br />
*  A minimum of 15 years of combined intelligence analysis and/or instruction are required, preferably in a military organization.  Master Trainer certification a strong plus.<br />
*  The incumbent must possess strong oral expression and briefing skills along with demonstrated writing ability.<br />
*  Training facilitation experience and knowledge of adult education content development are also desired.<br />
*  Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and handle changing requirements is a must.<br />
*  Strong knowledge of MS Office is required.<br />
*  Capabilities to logically document reasoning will be assessed.</p>
<p>Clearance: Current eligibility for (TS/SCI) Sensitive Compartmentalized Information, based on favorable adjudication to DCID 6/4 standards based on an SSBI/SBPR completed within the last 4 ½ years</p>
