Battelle is currently seeking a CBRN District and Sector Coordinator in Boston, MA for full-time work. This position reports to our Maritime Group in Washington, DC.

Primary job responsibilities will include:
• Providing subject matter expert training analysis, evaluation, planning, curriculum, and sustainment support with respect to emerging CBRN programs and equipment.
• Providing training documentation management in accordance with applicable federal guidance and military standards.
• Overseeing service specific development, planning and execution of training program objectives, ensuring program training fulfills individual service requirements.
• Coordinating and working closely with service deployment teams and subject matter experts.
• Brief senior level clients on the organization’s CBRN Policies and the status of training and readiness.
• Review readiness documents and incorporate comments and recommendations as required.
• Coordinate formal institutional training IAW individual service requirements
• Travel (as required) to conduct customer support, training, execution and completing after action and trip reporting

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:
• Bachelors degree in a scientific or technical area
• Experience with joint programs, military structure and command relationships and DoD acquisitions
• 5+ years of relevant CBRN background
• Three plus years of training experience
• Thorough knowledge and experience of the CBRN community and its operators
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team; motivated and self-starter
• Ability to assess needs, analyze and solve problems
• Experience with Microsoft Office software products, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance
